Practical PDF tools for Android
PDF Cepte is a local-first Android app for everyday document work: scan documents, create PDFs from photos, extract PDF text, export supported formats and manage common PDF operations from one mobile app.
What the app does
- Scan documents with the camera or import pages from the gallery.
- Create PDFs from photos and export pages as JPG or PNG ZIP files.
- Extract PDF text and create simple TXT, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX or RTF outputs.
- Merge, split, extract, reorder, rotate, compress and watermark PDF pages.
- Keep local document processing and recent-operation history on the device whenever possible.
Business model
PDF Cepte is published by the app owner as a freemium product. The free version remains available and may show an ad before an output-producing action. Where available, an optional PDF Cepte Pro subscription removes ads, removes the PDF Cepte watermark from eligible created PDFs and removes the daily on-device operation limit.
Google Ads use
We use Google Ads to promote our own PDF Cepte Android application and acquire users. We use the Google Ads API only for our own Google Ads accounts and our own mobile-app campaigns: campaign management, performance reporting and budget monitoring. We do not manage third-party advertiser accounts, resell API access or share customer data.
Privacy and support
Local PDF tools do not intentionally upload document contents, photos or OCR text to a PDF Cepte server. The in-app support form sends only the contact information and message entered by the user over HTTPS. See the full privacy policy.
